Ingredients
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green chilli
¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
½ cup of green peas
½ cup of mushrooms
Salt
1 tsp Butter/oil
Coriander leaves (to garnish)
To grind
1tsp Pepper corns
½ tsp cumin seeds
2-3 garlic pieces
¼ tsp ginger chopped
½ inch cinnamon stick
1 clove
How to make it
- Dry roast both pepper and cumin seeds alone. Allow it to cool and grind into a smooth paste of the items given. Keep aside.
- In a wok heat butter and fry the chopped onions and green chilli. Fry till it turns light golden brown.
- Add the smooth paste and cook till the raw smell goes off.
- Then add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 mins. Add chilli powder and salt to it.
- Add green peas and chopped mushroom, mix well.
- Add little of water to make like a thick gravy form.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapathi/roti.
