Chilli Cheese Toast | Easy Breakfast Recipe




Preparation time: 2-3 minutes
Cooking time: 6-7 minutes
Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

2 slices of bread
1tbsp finely chopped onions
2tsp capsicum (chopped)
1 green chili (deseeded and chopped)
1 ½ tbsp grated cheese
Salt, to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 150 deg F.
  • In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except bread slice.
  • Take a spoon full of it and sprinkle on top of the bread slice.


  • Bake the bread slices in the preheated oven for not more than 10 minutes or until the cheese melts down.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.



Notes:

  • Use pan and heat the slices in medium flame, if u don't have oven.
  • Avoid using green chillies if serving for kids. 
  • You can also use grated paneer.
