I make fruit juices very rarely. I feel it is good to take
the fruits as such instead of making it as juice. And also for making the juice
we add sugar cubes which in turns increases ur blood sugar level.
But whatever the thing is, the delight of taking a juice in
this hot-hot summer is such a great pleasure. Even though there is no hot
summer here, am sharing this sweat-saving orange lemon juice to quench the thirst...
Ingredients
4 oranges
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Sugar (as needed)
Pinch of salt
Few Ice cubes
Method
- Cut oranges in cross section and squeeze the juice using a juicer.
- Strain if needed. Add lemon juice to the strained juice. Mix well.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Place ice cubes in the serving glass and fill it with the juice. Serve chill and enjoy …
